Description
In the upper sinister quadrant is the typical figure of a naval transportship advancing defiantly over a serene, infinite and blue sea. The bottom of said ship is silver and represents nobility, peace and serenity.
In the lower quadrant there is a marine animal: the
killer whale, a frequent companion of ships that sail through the south and
beneath its white belly, a light blue star, a symbol of honor and achievements.
The background of the lower quadrant is Gold, which represents value, purity
and delicacy.
Above the shield is the Naval Crown that symbolizes
nobility and courage at sea.
The killer whale is 32 feet long, its bite is
23,000 Psi and it swims at a speed of 30 miles per hour
